Recruitment agencies are free of charge for candidates. We work on request and are paid by our clients/companies.

How do I apply to a job?
You can find our employment offers advertised on various job boards or directly on our website. Either way, you just need to click on the apply button and send your most recent resume to us. After receiving your information, we will assess your file and get back to you to discuss the next steps moving forward. If you are not selected for the job you have applied for or it has been filled, we will be on the lookout for another position that matches your skills and abilities. You may also simply e-mail your resume even if you didn't find a matching offer at the time of searching. What happens when I apply for a position?
Typically after applying, you will get an email to inform you that your information was received and is being reviewed. A candidate profile is created each time an application comes through, including directly from Turul Tech's website, a referral or through an external job board. You should expect to hear from us soon if you are a fit for the position and are being moved forward in the process. If the candidate is not a good fit for the position at hand, the candidate will still be included in future searches for similar positions. Our recruiters know of every position that a company has open and can consider candidates for more than one role.

Do agencies take a cut of your salary?
No, it is the employers who pay recruiters. Our clients/companies hire us to find and deliver highly qualified talent.

What is permanent work and its benefits?
A permanent employee works for a single employer, and is paid directly by that employer. Working for approximately 38 -40 hours a week, an employee may work on a full or part-time basis.
